Please note that patients insured through Facey and Regal Medical Group are required to obtain a referral from their primary care physician before coverage can be approved for chiropractic services. 

This requirement is common among certain insurance plans, and our Office Manager Mary works  with the insurance or medical groups to facilitate authorization and approval for your care.

Certain plans may mandate a referral from a primary care physician for chiropractic services or impose restrictions on visit frequency or coverage limits.
